My therapy approach blends Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Wellness Coaching. Every session is tailored to you. My focus is on creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported while building practical tools and emotional insight for real life.
